“They call me… The greatest Titan of all time,” says Saint-14 in the new trailer released by Bungie featuring the upcoming Destiny 2 “Season of Dawn.”

Once the “Season of the Undying” wraps up, so will the Vex Invasion with the completion of the Vex Offensive led by Warlock Vanguard Ikora and our heroes of the Last City will defeat the Vex Undying Mind – which apparently, according to Osiris, will break time.

As a result, Osiris calls upon players to face a new threat: a council of Cabal Psion Flayers who seek to unwrite history and install their own version of yesterday that will undo our victory against the Red Legion.

To do this, Osiris introduces players to the Sundial. A massive machine that can read and write temporal pathways. This will add a new 6-player matchmade experience called The Sundial Prototype.

The trailer also features a mythical hero, who no player in Destiny has ever met before, because he’s dead: Saint-14.

Saint-14 is a legendary exo Titan who took up a crusade against the Fallen and headbutted the House of Devil’s Knell to death. The Speaker called upon Saint-14 to find Osiris when he went to Mercury to chase is obsession with the Vex, but the exo was ultimately unsuccessful and died in the Infinite Forest after a Vex Mind tuned to his specific Light frequency.

Players can visit Saint-14’s “grave site” in the Infinite forest in Destiny 2 during a “Curse of Osiris” mission and discover his shrouded body surrounded by dismantled Vex robots. It is a sorrowful scene, but it also delivers the exotic shotgun “Perfect Paradox.”
