Nintendo Wii U Streams Netflix, Also Plays Games or Something

The upcoming Nintendo money printing device, the Wii U, will be designed to stream video. That’s a given, seeing how their current console, the Nintendo Wii, spends more time playing Netflix than playing games. However, details are coming out on deals that the Big N is cutting to get streaming services on their machine. So what does Nintendo have planned for the Wii U? Joystiq has the story.

    The Wii is a fun little box. While Microsoft and Sony were crowing about limited streaming inside their walled gardens, Nintendo was giving players the entire internet. Shame about the multiplayer, though.
