If there’s one game that needs an in-depth review, it’s Lollipop Chainsaw. Lollipop Chainsaw is a zombie murder action game, similar to Devil May Cry and Bayonetta, but seen through the eyes of a bubbly cheerleader who, like the rest of her family, happens to be a zombie hunter. Oh, and Suda51, he of No More Heroes and Killer 7. The subtle nuances of this one demand exploration, no doubt. The California Literary Review has the story.
Word on the street says the game is good, let down only by some minigames that are more frustrating than fun. I’m also not sure about the replay value on this one. On the other hand, Evil Dead Ash costume. Hmm.
