Yeah, okay, we’re broke. The big corporations have finally succeeded in sucking all the money from the economy, leaving us with pennies in our pockets and rocks in our stomachs. But hey, Skyrim! Anyhow, video game sales have been going down for some time, leaving this year either flat or with a slight decrease in sales over last year. Maybe the flood of incredible new releases of late will boost the numbers. LA Times has the story.
So many incredible games are coming out, Skylanders, Skyrim, Saints Row the Third, Skyward Sword, that MW3 thing if you’re into that, it’s becoming impossible to keep up. Maybe they’re all worth your money, but who can afford them all right away? I think these next six months or so will see a rise in sales as people free up the spare change to buy them over time.
