Video Game Predicts Kim Jong-Il’s Death

Posted by | December 19, 2011

The North Korean media has reported that Kim Jong-Il, long-time dictator, is dead. While this news means a champion of darkness and evil has left the world, it also signals a time of struggle and confusion for that’s left of the North Korean people. No one knows how North Korea will react. What is certain, is that the video game Homefront, whose plot is based on the dictator’s demise, was just a few weeks off on their prediction of his well-deserved death. Homefront set Kim’s death for 2012, and here we are in the last days of 2011. What else does Homefront predict? Kotaku has the story.

We don’t normally do political news here, but this story is a great excuse. Spend some time to read up on North Korea and be amazed.
