The US Navy has been looking for ways to hack into game consoles, likely to get at the tasty, tasty communication info hidden inside.     The Navy says the technology won’t be used on anyone in the US, which is great because absolutely no game traffic passes through overseas servers. Also, of course the laws which bind the Navy’s hands apply exactly the same to other government agencies and your friendly local police force.
