Sony PlayStation Vita Launches into a Sky Full of Bugs

As it turns out, the release of Sony’s handheld console, the PlayStation Vita, maybe have been premature. Within hours, users were complaining about bugs, hardware freezes, and unresponsive touchscreens. This sent a firestorm through the social media scene, forcing Sony to respond. Quickly, the electronic giant issued an apology and software update. The speed of both means they must have been prepared in advance, so it’s likely Sony knew about the problems before deciding to ship the Vita anyhow. Endgadget has the story and video.

    I wonder if this means those Chinese knockoff Vitas will be even junkier than ever before?
