In a stunning example of the proper way to make new games attractive, Capcom slipped special codes into copies of Dragon’s Dogma. Those codes have ripened, opening to reveal early access to a demo version of Resident Evil 6. The demo features three levels of the game, and a return of popular series characters as they fight against the next generation of not-zombies. Gamers lacking in special codes will need to wait until the dark future of September before trying the game. GameSpot has the story.
Of course, the demo offer is only good on the Xbox. PlayStation 3 owners can suck the pipe. They’d probably be waiting for it to load until September, anyhow.
