A rather popular little magazine called The Consumerist hosts a yearly contest by popular vote to discover the worst, most hated company in America, and this year, game publisher Electronic Arts takes the title. It was a narrow win, what with Bank of America coming in second. The win, if one could call it that, seemed to come down to EA’s intrusive policies and money-grubbing practices.
