Carrier IQ is a program that records everything you do on your mobile phone. Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile are known to have used Carrier IQ, so chances are good your phone is infected. Carrier IQ is also hugely illegal, a violation of Federal wiretap laws, and an excellent source of consumer lawsuits. If your phone is infected, and chances are good that it is, then get yourself informed. You may have a part to play in a rather impressive lawsuit and legal curbstomping.
