It looks like someone at BBC News in the back has had a failure of their Google fu. Instead of posting the appropriate logo for the UNSC (United Nations Security Council) they plastered up the logo for the Halo UNSC (United Nations Space Command). The background appeared during an otherwise serious news report about Syria. Certainly, I think that the Pillar of Autumn or Master Chief would be welcomed by the U.K. and the Security Council, if the Space Command can spare him to help end the bloodshed.
